Information we receive

When you complete the assistant intake or email us, we receive the contact details and work context you provide. This can include your name, email address, phone number, organisation, the task you want to improve, and any considerations you choose to mention.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to assess your request, reply, arrange a conversation, improve the website, and understand which public information helps people find Solpera. We keep it only for as long as reasonably needed for those purposes, an active engagement, or applicable record-keeping obligations.

Services involved

Cloudflare hosts the website and processes ordinary technical request data. Its privacy-first Web Analytics service records aggregate page-load and performance information without reading or writing browser storage. Cloudflare Turnstile also checks form traffic for signs of automated abuse using technical and security signals; Solpera does not send your intake answers to Turnstile. Resend delivers assistant-intake emails to Solpera. Those providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Meta Instant Form enquiries

If you submit a Solpera Instant Form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta collects the contact details and answers you choose to provide and makes the submission available to Solpera through its business tools. Meta handles that information under its own Privacy Policy.

Solpera uses an Instant Form submission to understand your enquiry, contact you, arrange a conversation, and keep ordinary records connected with that enquiry. You do not have to use the Meta form: you can visit the Solpera website or email hello@solpera.com.au instead.

Cookies and tracking

None. This website sets no cookies, shows no consent banner, and loads no advertising pixel, analytics tag, or session recording. Earlier versions of the site used the Meta Pixel for advertising measurement; that has been removed. Any cookies it set can be cleared through your browser settings, and Meta's handling of historical data is described in Meta's Cookies Policy.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information Solpera holds about you, request a correction, ask us to remove information that is no longer needed, or raise a privacy concern. We will review and respond to privacy requests directly. Some records may need to be retained where required by law or necessary to resolve a matter.
